I worked with Robert during his time as a contractor with Intel Mashery through 2014 and 2015. Through that time, Robert served
as IT Helpdesk and Hardware Support for a business unit that was nearly exclusively Mac inside a nearly exclusively PC company.
As such, Robert was often faced with very unique environment challenges, in addition to normal run-time Mac issues.
Robert was continually proactive in identifying potential compatibility issues, often researching and learning about new features and
functionality coming down the road from Apple. He was always available to address known run-time issues once they occurred,
helping users minimize downtime. Given his unique position as a Mac contractor inside of a PC environment, when an issue was
identified that was out of his control to fix, he showed great patience in helping users connect with the appropriate IT resources to
resolve any stated problems.
Robert was a great plug-and-play asset to the business with a strong, genuine interest in helping the people and the business
succeed. We were grateful to have him for such an extended assignment.
