From 1995 to 2009 I managed all aspects of client relations from creative design, budgeting
production, staging, contractors, postproduction and final delivery. In day-to-day operations I
was responsible for overseeing operations, project budgets and source out new suppliers. I
forecasted the need to internalize all media development resulting in an immediate cost
reduction of $100K annually and increased productivity by over 75%.

Joining in 2009 I was brought in for a new perspective. Currently I motivate a team to overcome
all daily opportunities and support the smooth operation of the perishable distribution center.
Having an increasing volume and managing over 150 stores for Ontario, Quebec and the
Maritimes is a welcome challenge and provides great job satisfaction.
Through the development of an interactive profile and heat mapping I have been able to increase
productivity and provide measured solutions. I have devised a number of tools to support these
solutions as well as worked on many special projects such as small grids, 5S, Charters and regular
SOP review to mention a few. I have developed reports to communicate vital information needed
to reduce wastage and increase profit. These reports have been implemented by multiple
distribution centers and are now relied upon by Walmart replenishment.

I am seeking this opportunity to further my career in logistics. I have an understanding of the
