2. MATERIAL RESOURCE PLANNING 1. To Enter into Database , Enter User Id , Password and click on Login 1. Login to the Database of Open ERP using user name and Password.
3. 2 . In Main Menu -> Sales -> Sales Orders -> Click on New button to create New Sales Orders
4. 3. A new window will be opened, Enter Customer details using Search buttons.
5. 4. When we click on Search button of Customer field, a Pop-up window will be displayed. Select the Customer Details from that List.
6. 5. Go to Sales Order Lines click on New button, to create new Sales Order Lines
7. 6 . A Pop-up window will be displayed , Enter the details using search buttons
8. 7 . Enter Product ,Quantity , Unit price details and click on save & close button.
9. 8. Next click on C ompute button to compute Total & Taxes.
10. 9. Total and Margin values are displayed , click on Confirm order button
11. 10. Quotation is converted into Sales order & its status changes to Manual in Process. .
12. 11. In Main Menu -> Manufacturing -> Click on Material Resource Planning.
13. 12. Material Resource Planning window will be opened , click on Display Sale Orders.
14. 13. Select the Sale Order Number which we have created and click on Run MRP.
15. 14. Select product name and click on Raw Materials Needed button.
16. 15. Next window shows how much quantity to be manufacture and click on Raise Manufacturing Order
17. 16. Observe the product column it became read only after manufacturing Order of those Products are raised.
18. 17. Go to Main Menu -> Manufacturing -> Click on Manufacturing Orders .
19. 18. Select the Manufacturing Order and click on Edit button, Here it shows Draft State.
20. 19. Next click on Confirm Production button ,to confirm our Manufacturing Orders
21. 20. A List of Products will be displayed and click on Force Reservation.
22. 21. Here Status of Manufacturing Order changes from Waiting Goods state to Ready to Produce state. Click on Start Production .
23. 22. After Start production , the status of the Manufacturing Order changes to In Production state. Next Click on Produce button.
24. 23. A pop-up window will be displayed click on Confirm button
25. 24. Products are Consumed and the Manufacturing Order status changes from In Production state to Done state.
26. 26 . The final step is to show Manufacturing order is in Done state.
