MARTIN´S VACATION
Martin had a terrible day yesterday. It was the day of his vacation to Spain but it was a
nightmare. He left the house at 10 o'clockin the morning and caught a taxi to the airport.
Martin left his passportat home. He realized he didn't have his passportwith him. What a
disaster! He took a taxi and went home. The driver drove quickly and Martin arrived back
at his house in twenty minutes. He found his passporton his bed.
He arrived at the airport very late. His flight wasn’t there. He missed it. He was very angry.
Last year, he flew to Cancun. He had a very good time there. He practiced his Spanish with
many people. But he got sick. He ate see food that made him sick. But he played socceron
the beach, he swam in the beautiful sea of Cancun and he made a girlfriend.
His girlfriend visited him in the United States in December. It was very cold. She didn’t
like the food but she had a good time with Martin. They went to discotheques to dance.
They had romantic evenings in elegant restaurants and she bought a lot of souvenirs for her
parents and sisters.
