• Marta Torres's paintings are
made with her own
technique in which she uses
all kinds of materials: cables,
pieces of wood, doors,
windows, tiles, shells, olive
tree trunks, beach sand,
baskets, which she herself
collects in different places
on the island.

7. • Once these materials are
collected, they are
integrated into her
paintings, achieving a three-
dimensional effect. These
objects are out of use and
when they are recycled in
her paintings they gain a
new value.
