                      Really loud and noisy

                      Slow service

                      The first products that I see is
                       Quiche
                      nice salads and open faced
                       sandwiches for lunch
                      variety of products to buy
                       (chocolates….)

                     Customers:
                        Families for breakfast
                        Pairs for coffee
                        Long queues
                        Everyone buys at least
Bakery in Brussels       bread, and drinks
Bakery in poland   Environmen:
                   • Closed door

                   Personnel:
                   • Old ladies sell
                     products

                   Products:
                   • First products- bred
                     at 1.99 zł

                   Customers:
                   • Single people
                     came before work
                     or after to buy
                     bread
Environment:
Pub in Brussels   • A famous and
                    historical pub in
                    ddowntown Brussels
                  • The prices are chalked
                    up on huge
                    mirrors, the walls are
                    yellowed by smoke

                  Personnel:
                  • waitresses bustle
                    between tables
                  Products:
                  • a hundred different
                    beers accompanied by
                    hearty plates of cheese
                    and sausages

                  Customers:
                  • All the varierity
                    usually middle age
Environmen:
Pub in warsaw   •Open 24 hours
                •Dirty
                •Gray
                •Dull
                •Nevertheless it’s the
                coollest place in warsaw
                Personnel:
                •In suits
                •Young
                •elegant

                •polish vodka
                •Here we find
                herring, pastries and of
                course the amusing
                company

                •Hipsters
                •Celebrities with their
