The MARS Cisco CC Wallboard application displays real-time contact center performance metrics and alarms from a Cisco UCCX system. It allows monitoring of total calls, calls abandoned, calls handled, calls in queue, wait times and more. Users can customize dashboard views and configure threshold alarms that change screen colors. If the primary UCCX server fails over, the Wallboard will automatically connect to the secondary server.
