Veenker Marketing Group agrees to provide services to LSTN Headphones from October 9th to December 4th. The contract outlines 4 phases of work to be completed, with compensation paid in 3 separate installments upon completion of each phase. Contract
I, ________________, hereby agree to the followingterms of service in
the employment of Veenker MarketingGroup as an independent
contractor to perform their services under these terms of service.
All information provided by the client will remain and be treated as
confidential.
1. Term: Once the contract has been accepted the following services will start on the 9th of
October of this year and conclude on the 4th of December of this year. All deliverables
will be provided at the appropriate dates detailed in the calendar. Any additional changes
the client would like to make to the existing contract will have to result in the creation of
a new one.
2. Consultation: Veenker Marketing Group will meet with the client on these specified
days, October the 9th and 23rd, November the 20th and December the 5th. For the success
of this project the client must be able to meet on these dates. These dates are subject to
change though, if this occurs the client will be notified immediately of the changes and
we will plan out an alternative date(s) to meet.
3. Compensation: Veenker Marketing Group will be paid in 3 separate payments upon
completion at the end of each separate phase on the specified dates listed in the calendar
portion. The client will be responsible for covering 50% of the travel costs which is
already calculated in the quote portion of the proposal. If the contracted is canceled, then
all travel costs that have been paid for by the client will not be reimbursed.
a. Phase 1 = $1,806.97
b. Phase 2 = $4,417.48
c. Phase 3 = $3,675.74
4. Termination: The contract may be terminated at any time during the specified term of the
contract. . Once payments have been received for completed phases they will not be
refunded upon termination. If a phase is already in progress and the client decides to
cancel, than they must pay the full amount of the phase.
a. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property for each phase will be given to the
client once payment for that specified phase has occurred.
5. Liability: Veenker Marketing Group is not responsible for any desired outcomes that do
not materialize under the term of the contract.
