Marian University was planning its first 24-hour Day of Giving event in conjunction with its Celebrate Marian weekend to raise money for student scholarships. The Office of Advancement collaborated with the Office of University Relations to create branding and promotion for the event. They developed a timeline, created promotional videos and graphics, wrote social media posts and emails, and launched a website page to promote the April 24th Day of Giving. The outcome was that the Day of Giving raised over $15,000 for student scholarships, though Celebrate Marian weekend attendance was lower than expected.
