3. MANNER OF DEATH
Manner of death refers to the way (or design/fashion) in which
the cause of death comes into being.
The manner of death relates to the circumstances that led to
the fatal result and is the culmination of the complete
investigation, including the determination of cause of death.
Manner of death, in India, is determined by the court
after examining all facts about the case including the evidence
and interpretation by the doctor.

5. Natural death is one that occurs as a result
of the ageing process or diseases.
Natural is define as death caused solely by
disease or natural process.
For examples: Cardiac related disorders,
respiratory disease, cancer, genetic factor
and severe disease like COVID.
CASE 1 COVID 19 is an infectious disease caused by a
newly discovered coronavirus.
India reported first confirmed case of the
coronavirus infection on 30 Jan 2020in the
state of Kerala. The affected had a travel
history from Wuhan, China.

6. SUICIDAL DEATH
Suicide is the result of an individual taking his or her own life with lethal
intention.
For examples: Hanging, Poisoning, suicidal drowning and suicide by firearms.

Police have lodged a case of abetment to suicide after a 23-year-
old woman ended her life by jumping into the Sabarmati river at
the Riverfront side in Ahmedabad allegedly due to harassment by
her Rajasthan-based husband and in-laws.
Ayesha also recorded a video moments before she took the
extreme step and sent it to her estranged husband and father. In
the video message, Ayesha purportedly told her father that she
was taking the step out of her own will and nobody had forced
her to do it.

7. NEW DELHI: A Delhi Police head
constable allegedly committed
suicide by shooting himself with
his service pistol at his house in
west Delhi's Dwarka area,
officials said.
The deceased has been
identified as Swaroop Chand, a
resident of Dwarka's Sector-16
police colony.
Police got information about the
incident at around 6 pm on that
day. No suicide note was
recovered from the spot, a
senior police officer said, adding
that domestic issue might have
been the reason behind the
suicide.

Parents kill daughters in Andhra town: Accused mother have may
suffered from delusion disorder. The parents, influenced by various
godmen and drawn into superstitious rituals, are said to have been
performing pujas since the outbreak of COVID-19. They had
allegedly remained home-bound and not let maids, workers or
relatives enter the house.
The couple had tried to prevent police from entering the house
initially. After making their way into the house, police found one of
the girls dead in the puja room, and the other in a different room
with puja material and a red cloth scattered around. The police,
according to their preliminary investigation, suspect that the girls
may have been killed using dumbbells.
“During our preliminary investigation, the couple seems to be highly
superstitious as they asked us to keep the bodies in the house for a
day stating that their daughters would come back to life.

9. A woman was stabbed to death by her husband, at a
crowded market place in Delhi`s Rohini area on April 10
2021 on the suspicion of her having. The accused has
been arrested by the Delhi Police.
She was employed at a government hospital died on
Saturday after she was stabbed with a knife at least 40
times allegedly by her estranged husband. the man had
a problem with the woman working at the hospital and
suspected her of having an affair.
The murder was witnessed by many in the market area
and was also captured by a CCTV camera installed near
the crime scene, the police said.
A mobile video shot by one of the people present at the
spot was also circulating on social media

A city court acquitted Sambia Sohrab for charge of killing Air
Force corporal Abhimanyu Gaud by ramming his car into him
during the parade rehearsals for the Republic Day celebrations in
January, 2016.
Gaud (21) was part of an Air Force contingent that was
participating in the morning rehearsals on January 13, 2016,
when Sambia drove his Audi Q7 SUV into him after breaching the
guard rails on Kidderpore Road near the Army's Eastern
Command headquarters at Fort William in the city.

11. Five children of Delhi Public School, Indore were
killed after their school bus collided with a truck
this afternoon.The bus driver and the conductor
also died, while four other students were
injured in the accident.
According to reports, the accident took place as
the steering of the bus jammed and the driver
failed to control the vehicle and rammed it into
the truck on bypass road close to Bicholi Hapsi
Bridge in the city.
Internet sensation Danish Zehen, who was seen in
reality series Ace Of Space, died December 20
morning in a tragic car accident. According to reports
in the media, 21-year-old blogger Danish was
returning from a wedding when his car met with an
accident near Vashi, Mumbai.
