SAS is a Smart Attendance System Web Application Based on Smart Card
Technology. The main target to SAS is to computerized the attendance
operation by making the students take their attendance by their ID.
The Web Application Has 3 modules
First Module: Admin.
Which can make Add New {Student, Staff, Course}
The admin enter all data about the students and staff members and create
account for each student and staff member.
Assign staff members to their departments and subjects they teach. The
admin can update any entered data finally he can edit the students'
attendance; in special cases student come late after closing the device.
The admin can also generate attendance reports.
Second Module: Staff
The staff member use his account to log in to the system and he can view his
time table and make an edit on his students' attendance.
Third Module: Student
Any Student can log in to the systemusing his account and he also can view
his time table and view his attendance in lectures and sections.
We use Java SE ,Java EE, Primefaces package to implement it .
