This document outlines a framework for Franciscan leadership based on the lives of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. It is divided into three acts. Act 1 discusses redefining leadership based on Gallup polls. Act 2 analyzes Francis and Clare's leadership through Ken Wilber's integral leadership lens. It examines their consciousness, values, and behaviors. Act 3 identifies five tenets of Franciscan leadership: spirit awake, relationship, just enough, common good, and gratefulness. The document aims to provide a model for values-based leadership.
