Hello and welcome to Make Your Own Beer podcast, episode 1.
In today's podcast we'll talk about the easiest way to make your own beer.
I'm going to show you the easiest and most inexpensive way
to make top notch beer right in your own home.
But before we continue you must understand that this is geared toward beginner home brewers.
We are not going to complicate anything.
If you're looking for an in-depth guide on
how to brew beer from scratch using only raw ingredients,
this might not be the right place for you.
If, on the other hand, you're searching for the most straightforward
and affordable way to make delicious beer at home, you're in luck.
Don't worry, you don't have to be a chemist
in order to understand how to brew your own beer
and you don't need thick books telling you how to make it work.
You just need to grasp a few basic principles and you are good to go.
I'm going to assume that you want something that will give you quick results
with as little chance for failure as possible.
If you're a beginner at brewing, there is only one way to achieve this:
Microbrewery Kit
Microbrewery kit includes everything you will need to make your own beer.
There are quite a few different kits on the market today,
but the one I like the most is the kit from Coopers.
That's because of the super easy process that has not failed me once,
plus a great selection of different beer kits - from Lager to Stout and everything in between.
This is a great way to get started.
You get everything you need in one package.
Easy, satisfying, and inexpensive.
There are four steps to making your own beer:
Mixing the ingredients
Brewing
Bottling and storing until ready for use
and enjoying the results
The hardest and most difficult part of this process
is the waiting for the beer to mature - at least two weeks.
Everything else is easy peasy.
So the sooner you start, the sooner you'll be able to enjoy your very own home-made beer.
And why not?
It's cost efficient, it's fun, and it gives you the feeling of achievement.
