David Keller is a solution-focused management professional with over 26 years of experience in the US Air Force, including roles as an operations superintendent, standardization/evaluation superintendent, and flight instructor. He has a background in strategic planning, resource management, training, and leadership.
Lieutenant Colonel Malachowski had an extensive career spanning over 20 years in the US Air Force. He held numerous roles including test engineer, student in various pilot training programs, F-15E instructor and evaluator weapons systems officer, assistant director of operations, and chief of wing safety. He deployed multiple times in support of operations and accumulated over 2700 flight hours and 140 combat sorties. Lt Col Malachowski received several awards for his service and leadership before retiring in 2013.
Rudolph E. DePuy is an experienced airline transport pilot with over 2700 total flight hours and certifications including an airline transport pilot certificate with multi-engine land and instrument ratings. He has experience flying various military aircraft as a naval aviator including the E-2C, FA-18E/F, T-2C, T-6A, T-34C, T-44A and T-45C. Most recently, he worked as a law enforcement pilot for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and as a first officer for Envoy Air flying ERJ-140/145 aircraft.
Mark Cain has extensive experience in the military, serving in both the Army and Air Force from 1985 to present. He has held many leadership roles, including platoon sergeant and instructor. Cain has trained troops in various military skills and aims to continue increasing his knowledge to help others. He currently works in security and law enforcement at the Battle Creek Air National Guard base, enforcing policies and providing fire and medical response support. Cain is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management while having an Associate's degrees in other areas.

Lori J. Russell is an experienced aviation leader and rotary-wing pilot with over 3,500 total flight hours. She has extensive experience in management, safety, air traffic control, aviation maintenance, training and logistics across both military and civilian roles. Her background includes MEDEVAC pilot, diplomatic air transportation commander, airfield operations manager, and instructor pilot with the U.S. Army. She holds commercial and instrument rotorcraft ratings from the FAA and qualifications in multiple helicopter models.

Maj. Gen. H. Brent Baker Sr. is Vice Commander,
Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base, Ohio. The command employs some
80,000 people and manages $60 billion annually in
research, development, test and evaluation, while
providing the acquisition management services and
logistics support required to develop, procure and
sustain Air Force weapon systems.
In addition, he directs policy and procedures
affecting AFMC aircraft maintenance, munitions,
supply, logistics plans, transportation and
packaging methods, and logistics data systems.
Finally, as the staff lead for logistics and life cycle
sustainment issues, General Baker plans and
coordinates product support and acquisition
logistics for fielded and emerging Air Force weapon
systems.
General Baker entered the Air Force in 1979 as an
enlisted member and was commissioned in 1985
through Officer Training School after graduation
from Southern Illinois University. He has had numerous assignments, such as the Director of Logistics,
Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam; Chief, Materiel Management Flight, 8th

served as a presidential fuels flight officer at Joint Base Andrews, Md., and as the Commander, 18th Mission
Support Group, Kadena Air Base, Japan. He served both as the Vice Commander and Commander, 95th Air
Base Wing, Edwards AFB, California, and as the Commander, Air Force Global Logistics Support Center at
Scott AFB, Illinois, and Commander, Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill AFB, Utah.
Prior to his current assignment, General Baker served as the Director of Logistics, Headquarters Air Force
Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
