The maintenance tech will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, rebuilding, and repairing production and processing equipment, as well as performing building and facility maintenance and repairs. Duties include using various hand and power tools, welding equipment, and operating a scissor lift. The position requires previous maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet.

Position Summary: Assure that the wide variety of production or processing machines and equipment utilized
in the Distribution facility are serviced, maintained, rebuild, and repaired as needed.
Additionally, responsible for building and facility maintenance and repair.
Essential Functions:
Utilize a variety of power and hand tools, including, but not limited to, drills, saws, wrenches, screwdrivers,
hammers and grease guns.
Ability to use electrical arc welder, grinder, and cutting torch.
Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to read blueprints in order to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Utilize scissor lift for maintenance repairs at heights.
Capable of working with voltage up to and including 300 volts DC and 480 volts AC.
Ability to dismantle, move, and install machinery or equipment.
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program for facility.
Ability to drive vehicle around town to pick up needed tools and supplies for the facility.
Ability to operate, troubleshoot, install, and upgrade computers and network equipment
Ensure area is clean and organized.
Experience Required:
Previous maintenance experience and/or training.
Education, Certifications and Specialized Training:
High school diploma or equivalent. Good math skills. Ability to read and write English preferred. Ability to
pass Webco’s maintenance test.
Job-Specific Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to operate a variety of equipment and tooling necessary to maintain equipment, machinery, and facility.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for entire shift. Must be able to lift, carry and push tubing
and other items weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to kneel, crouch, turn/twist, bend at waist, reach above
shoulder and head, handle and feel tubes. Must have corrected hearing and vision to a normal range. Must
have good depth perception and peripheral vision. Must also possess good color vision. Good eye/hand
coordination is necessary for operation of variety of tools and equipment utilized by the Maintenance Tech.
Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, hearing
protection, safety glasses with side shields, steel-toed work shoes, and gloves. Must be capable of regular and
reliable attendance.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an indoor manufacturing environment, with a small amount of time spent
working outdoors. There is constant exposure to noise levels up to 91 decibels. Will regularly experience hot
temperatures in the summer, cold temperatures in the winter, a variety of odors, dust, oil/grease, and dirt.
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and burn hazards, and a moderate amount of moving objects.
