Students will discuss and understand poetry, different poets, imagery, and types of poems through digital storytelling activities over 9 school days. They will blog, use Twitter and Pinterest, create images in Photoshop, make posters, listen to podcasts, follow QR codes, make Vokis, and complete a WebQuest to fully understand poetry.

1. Main Objective

Students will be able to discuss,
understand/summarize the meaning of
a poem, different poets, understand
imagery, and learn some different
types of poems by digital storytelling,
have a discussion through blogging,
use Twitter, and Pintrest, create an
image on Photoshop and make a
Poster, will listen to a Podcast, follow
QR and make a Voki, and complete a
WebQuest, with 100% accuracy, by the
end of 9 school days.
