lose your spot in the 5x5 Forced Matrix if this happens. Fees do not accumulate and your account will not go into the negative.

PART 1 RECAP
1. You will receive $0.60 USD per every product purchased within your
personal 5x5 Forced Matrix
2. All money received will go directly into your E-Wallet
3. You agree to allow the company to withhold $2 USD each month from your
E-Wallet as a website marketing and maintenance fee
4. You agree to allow the company to reserve $20 USD (USA)/$25 USD (INTL)
from your E-Wallet for your monthly product purchase
5. All compensation accumulated in your E-Wallet in excess of the monthly
Reserve requirements is available for withdrawal by check or PayPal
transfer ($2.95 processing fee).
6. It’s understood that you will not be penalized in any way if you do not have
enough money in your E-Wallet Reserve to cover your monthly website fee
or product purchase. The company will wait until you have received the
necessary funds and start the process over again.

PART 2 RECAP
1. You can potentially earn 20% commission on all the people
within your 5x5 Forced Matrix so long as you meet the
minimum requirements for each Bonus Level.

of purchasing product for retail sale as required by each
Bonus Level.
3. It is understood that after a person sponsors enough
people to participate in our Bonus Levels, he or she can
purchase the desired amount of products to qualify
immediately or they can wait to earn the money to
purchase the products to qualify at a later date through
