Social Media Proposal for Made It

Phase One    1) Building Social Networking Platform

            The First step to developing the social media platforms is to first learn
            about the existing business so that as soon as the sites launch, there
            will be content to attract a following with. While my objective is to
            attract thousands of new fans, the fact that I already have a network
            of thousands of consumers will provide us with a great start at launch
            date.

                •   Understand the customers’ profiles
                •   Create Twitter, Facebook, and Google Buzz accounts to build
                    consumer following
                •   Go through discovery phase to learn about the artists, current
                    and future product launches, and brand positioning
                •   Create LinkedIn account to build relationship with trade in Gift
                    and Cosmetic Jewelry channels including retailers, reps,
                    designers, and trade press
                •   Establish a corporate identity across all platforms
                •   Content development including bio and backgrounds,
                    Hashtags to increase branding on Twitter, and RSS feeds for
                    sites
                •   Leverage off over 5,000 consumers currently following me on
                    social networking sites

             2) M arketing Strategy for Social M edia Sites

             Much of the success of the social media sites will depend on
             implementing the right campaigns and utilizing the available
             marketing resources that each of the social networking platforms
             offer

                •    Create social media advertising campaigns specifically for
                     each platform in the form of banner ads based on
                     demographics, timelines, and budgets assigned to each
                     platform
                •    Develop creative including design and copy for banners
                •    Provide weekly analytics and alter onsite advertising based
                     on results
                •    Interconnect Made It consumer social media accounts to
                     design a fluid and consistent theme between all platforms
                     and artists’ social media accounts
                •    Develop professional subgroups on LinkedIn with campaigns
                     and content specific to each audience

•    Develop Made It widget to insert on appropriate blogs and
                     sites linking back to Made It social networking sites
                •    Develop contests and promotions to engage followers
                •    Engage upcoming artists and fans to create an interactive
                     and competitive theme


             3) Training and manuals

             Once the above-mentioned deliverables are completed, I will provide
             Made It with the appropriate documentation to continue the social
             media efforts.

                •    3-months marketing plan with recommended budgets
                •    Document identifying appropriate etiquette with social
                     networking sites and how to stay connected
                •    Instructions on how to continue mobile device updates
                •    RSS feeds updating documentation

             Budget: $5,000
             Period: 60 Days
             Deposit: $2500 due upon start date, $1250 due after 30
             days, $1250 due within 7 days of completion of contract
             Expenses: Any 3 rd party expenses or required travel
             outside of a 30-mile radius is the responsibility of M ade It
             pending approval of expenditure
             Cancellation Clause: Option to stop relationship after 30
             days with no penalty



            The Culmination of our efforts over the first 60-days will enable us to have a
Phase Two   productive social media campaign that will generate a core following of
            consumers and trade individuals. Upon the completion of phase one, Made
            It will have the option of retaining my services on a monthly basis to
            continue the campaign efforts. Please find below the terms for an ongoing
            relationship after 60 days:

               •    $25 an hour, for a m inim um of 15 hours a week
                    This is the least amount of time that should be invested to be
                    effective. Another option is for you to consider hiring another person
                    and for me to train them over a period of one month if you’re not
                    able to commit to 15 hours a week. My fee for training will also be
                    $25 an hour, or a $500 one time fee if completed within 3 days.
