Nicolas D. Maciel received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ball State University in 2016. He has extensive culinary skills including recipe development, food inspection, kitchen management, and safe food handling. His work history includes positions at the James Beard Foundation, Asian American Festival, and Bistronomic under various renowned chefs. He also has experience in Army ROTC, quality inspection, and customer support.
Under sponsorship of the Indiana Soybean Alliance, Bell Aquaculture is again providing the fish, specifically its Indiana raised Bell Perch™, to Purdue University\'s Agricultural Alumni Fish Fry on Saturday, Feb. 6. The event is held in the Toyota Blue Ribbon Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis.
