This document describes an LED control microcontroller that has the following key features: it can control 3 LEDs using PWM output, contains temperature, illuminance, and general purpose sensors, detects battery level, supports PLC communication standards, includes a UART interface, calendar/timer functions, 8 GPIO pins, SPI interface, can turn on/off an SMPS for zero power operation, and has an internal LDO regulator. It also allows for easy manual color control of the LEDs.
