LTS announced the winners of a competition to attend a four-day PinpointBPS training course, which were Spire Pathology Services and Queen Victoria Hospital. The training course will be held in London in January 2016 and teaches attendees about process modeling, simulation, and improvement using the PinpointBPS tool. LTS also announced limited spaces are still available for the January training course at an early bird rate before December 15th.

LTS ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF
PINPOINTBPS® TRAINING
We are excited to announce the winners of
the LTS competition which was run at the
Clinisys winter user group conference on 5-6
November. Entries to the competition, which
offered two free spaces for successful
candidates to attend a four-day PinpointBPS®
training course, were submitted at our
Clinysis conference stand.
LTS’ Clinisys exhibition stand for 2015 was titled: “The
Next Generation in Process Improvement”. The
exhibition was supported by a presentation by Frank
Oliyide titled: “Back to the Future”, which addressed the
topic, “Realising Tomorrow’s Performance Today”.
This thought provoking presentation emphasised that
by using the right process improvement service model,
underpinned by a tool such as PinpointBPS®, it is
possible to make better decisions with accuracy,
certainty and confidence.

THE WINNERS OF THE PRIZES
(VALUED AT £2,200 EACH) ARE:
Representatives from the two winning organisations
will be joining other delegates at our
Training Academy week, to be held in London in the
week of 18 January 2016.
Candidates who successfully complete the course will
be awarded PinpointBPS® Champion
certificates.
DAY 1: PINPOINTBPS®
Delegates will develop a more in-depth understanding
of PinpointBPS®, its application, the
value of modelling in continuous improvement and a
review of the PinpointBPS® workflow model.
DAY 2: BUSINESS PROCESS MODELLING
NOTATION (BPMN)
Delegates will cover the topics of process definition,
process mapping, data collection and skills relating to
networking, persuading and influencing clients
DAY 3: SIMULATION AND FLOWCHARTING
Day 3 will cover simulation definition, flowcharting,
toolkit and software applications, practical sessions
and the application of principles taught over the first
three days.
DAY 4: ASSESSMENT AND CLOSE
Delegates can expect to participate in practical
assessment and feedback.
