11. Whether in elementary or high school setting, students are able to use what they learn directly in the classroom.
12. Most students complete the program in two years, while maintaining their present teaching position. Classes are offered one evening a week or on Saturdays during the school year. Summer classes meet on weekdays. Most classes do not overlap, so usually students are taking one class at a time.
