4. LPG Logistic System
LPG rumus kimianya terdiri dari C3 (Propane) dan C4 (Butane), dibeli Pertamina 70 persen merupakan
LPG Refrigerated (dalam kondisi minus 41 Derajat Celcius). Misalnya dengan harga CP Aramco bulan
Januari 2014 US$ 1015/MT (= 1.000 Kg) Franco FOB (setiap awal bulan mengalami perobahan harga),
dibeli dari Midle East (Ruwais-UAE) atau FSO LPG milik KKKS ConocoPhilips dan PetroChina. LPG Ref
diproses di Tanjung Uban atau FSO LPG di Teluk Semangka, Selat Sunda, untuk diolah menjadi LPG
Pressurized seperti yang dipakai di dapur warga.
Sebelum dikemas ukuran 12 Kg, LPG diangkut dari Tanjung Uban ke Tanjung Priok Jakarta. Kemudian
ditampung di Tanki Timbun LPG, setelah itu dari Tanki Timbun dialirkan ke Mobil Tanki LPG, diangkut ke
SPBE LPG ditampung di Mini Tank. Selanjutnya proses pengisian ke tabung 12 Kg dan 3 Kg oleh pemilik
SPBE. Para agen mengambil atau mengangkut sendiri tabung-tabung LPG 12 Kg dan 3 Kg dari SPBE. Agen
menyimpan tabung-tabung LPG tersebut di Gudang atau Showroom.
Biaya penyimpanan dan pengangkutan pada point 1 sampai 3 menjadi beban Pertamina.
5. LPG National Updates
• Pada tahun 2014 pasokan dan distribusi LPG di Indonesia diperkirakan mencapai 6
juta ton atau tumbuh sekitar 8% dibandingkan tahun lalu sebesar 5,6 juta ton.
• Pada 2013 jumlah kargo LPG per hari adalah 12.800 ribu KL (setara). Sementara
itu, kargo yang direncanakan diangkut pada 2014 mencapai 15.650 ribu KL LPG
(setara) per hari.
• Distrbusi LPG terbagi dalam 5 region, dengan total kapasitas tangki 34,520 MT
milik Pertamina. Ada tangki lain diluar Pertamina seperti Bosowa di Makasar,
Maspion di Surabaya dan Ekanuri di Ancol.
• Pertamina mengoperasikan gas carrier untuk LPG sebanyak 28 kapal, dan 8
diantaranya milik sendiri termasul VLGC Pertamina Gas 1 dan 2 yang juga berfungsi
sebagai FSO di Teluk Semangka.
• PT. Surya Esa Perkasa (ESSA) juga telah menandatangani perjanjian pokok jual beli
gas (PJBG) dengan joint operating body Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi senilai
USD1,4 miliar. Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi menyepakati memasok gas
sebanyak 55 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd). Pengiriman gas akan
dilaksanakan mulai kuartal IV 2016 hingga 2027.
