Love remembers the good but not the bad,
Love feels the times when you are sad.
And love misses you when you’re gone,
But hopes that you return soon,
So love can teach you its own sweet tune.
        Love helps you through life,
          Through tears and strife.
            So you can carry on,
And live life to the full!

Love

Love remembers those who preserve it

Love feels when it is lost

Love mourns those who were snatched
          before their time

Love hopes it will be found at any cost

Love dictates the life choices of many

             Love cries,

               Always.

Love

Love lives in a world of darkness,
A bright light residing in our hearts.
Love stays invisible to the eyes,
It can only be seen in our minds.
Love sounds like a songbird in flight,
With its sweet song softly caressing our ears.
Love is very sensitive to touch,
Fleeing if harmed by a hard finger.
Love smells of a mysterious scent,
One which pleases all our noses.
Love tastes of salted watery tears,
Of sadness and joy running down our cheeks.
               Love feels lonely,
Until it finds someone to share.
Love is the smell of flowers as they dance,
Love lives in the heart feeding delicate desire
Of petals and fresh air and the leaves in the sun.
But at the same time is nowhere, like a ghost in our world. Love is the smell of the sweetest perfume
Sometimes it burns brightly like a raging forest fire, Always lie hidden, to everyone but that special someone.
Other times it is a candle, flickering but never dying. Love is the smell of blood after a battle, of poppies and
                                                                      gunpowder,
And sometimes it’s ashes in a storm,
The putrid scent of events come and gone.
Leaving us crying.
Love is the taste of sugar when it’s cooked
To the eyes, love is a sight sweeter than sugar. The sweet taste of chocolate, rich and indulgent.
Walking hand in hand with joy and sadness, Love is the taste of the finest meal,
It does not matter with whom that meal is shared, for it will
Love is the light at the end of the tunnel grow no less
But at the same time the darkness around you. fine.
Love is a pink of the most delicate shade Love can leave a bitter aftertaste
A heart, a rose and a bird in mid-flight. But we all have different tastes.

Love makes you feel a thousand joys
Love is the sound of the water rushing through Yet love makes you feel the sorrow of a stabbing in the heart.
An endless forest, with flowers in full bloom. To no-one will love ever bypass completely
It is the sound of the breeze singing through the trees But to none will love ever come easily.
Of the lullaby as the child drifts away to sleep. Love brings joy to one’s life and forever that joy will last
So fear will never cause love to back down.
Love is the sound of crackling and burning,
And not belonging to the cold. Love has a place in anyone’s heart.
So always give love a chance.
Love is the touch of a wind breathing on the skin, And keep on loving forever.
The feel of warm sunshine and warm water caressing you.
Love is the feel of fur beneath a hand, a loyal friend beside
                                                                By Millie Nelson
      you
And never straying behind.
Love is the feel of shattered glass
Painful and sharp to those who bare it.
