Eat​ ​more​ ​smaller​ ​meals​ ​instead​ ​of​ ​having​ ​3​ ​large
meals​ ​a​ ​day,​ ​try​ ​having​ ​6​ ​to​ ​6​ ​meals​ ​smaller​ ​meals​ ​or
snacks​ ​instead.​ ​You​ ​might​ ​think​ ​that​ ​this​ ​will​ ​make
