Lori Pirrone is an avid runner who tries to go on
runs at least twice a week so that she can maintain
a high level of physical fitness. In addition to
participating in a number of Spartan races, which
are difficult, nationally-organized obstacle courses,
she has also been a member of the BetterBody Boot
Camp for more than four years. She focuses on
cardiovascular conditioning, in part, because of the
