I would like to transition smoothly from being a student into a professional career in

Notable Accomplishments: By far the best experience I had
as a student pharmacist. As a primary care site, I saw patients
in transitions of care, sick only, follow up and annual wellness
visits. Updated medication lists, counseled patients on
proper medication use and made frequent clinical
recommendations to the physicians and residents. My social
and clinical skills shined at this site as I was able to
experience many scenarios and still properly handle the
situation; frequently getting quick-tempered patients to
become more adherent to their medications.
