The document describes a program called US Program and beats4books that aims to help at-risk youth through music mentoring and food donations. The program founder, Jeffery Rhodes, is seeking help from the mayor and others to grow the program by finding youth music groups, venues for performances, food donation locations, and men to mentor youth. The goals are to help feed low-income families, prevent dropout rates, and reduce crime rates by engaging at-risk youth through music and mentorship. Various steps are outlined for how individuals can get involved by hosting a food donation box and assisting with a community event.
