London and the East - supported living example

3 young men with learning
disabilities lived at home with
their parents, they all knew
each other due to the area
where they lived and activities
they took part in.
They decided it was time to
leave home and all wished to
live together within a supported
living environment.

2. Dimensions listened to what
they wanted, taking into
consideration where they
wished to live and in what
kind of house.
Alongside the 3 gentlemen
and their parents,
Dimensions secured them a
4 bedroom house in
London, near to public
transport, lovely parks and
shops.

3. All 3 share some support
hours but also have their
own individual hours to
ensure they can individually
focus on growing in
confidence, develop greater
everyday living skills and
reach their own goals going
forward.
