First, reserve your app name.
Project>Store>Create app packages
Sign in (over and over and over)
Make sure you have all appropriate images
And then some

Build for Any CPU (or target)

7. UPDATE THE DETAILS
Your app name/description are critical
Capabilities are scrutinized (access to file
system, location, etc.)
Notes to Testers – also pretty important
Possible rejection (possible repetition)
