The survey is from the Low Carbon Communities Network to understand local climate action. They want to know what groups are doing, priorities, and needed support to improve their work enabling local action. The anonymous survey should take less than ten minutes. Results will help LCCN better support local climate groups.

1. Low Carbon Communities Network
This survey is coming to you from the Low Carbon Communities Network. We’re a network of some 300 local organisations around the UK run
by a Management Group elected at our annual conference.
We are open to any group active on climate issues. We work with a wide range of organisations and groups from Climate Action Groups to
Centres for Voluntary Action to Transition Intiatives to Friends of the Earth groups to faith groups and parish councils groups.
We’re carrying out this survey to find out what people and organisations acting on climate change are doing at this time, what they see as
priorities, and what support they feel they need. We are doing this because we want to develop and improve what we do. We exist to
support and enable local action, so we need to know who’s doing what locally!
We’re keen to hear from you whether you are totally engaged with action on climate change or if it’s simply one issue you work on among
many.
The survey should take less than ten minutes. All information about individual groups will be kept quite confidential. The more accurate you
can be about your concerns and activities the better we will be able to develop our plans for better support. A report on the survey will be
emailed to everyone who responds.
Thanks for your help with this.
