Loc supported me for a year or more back in the 2004/2005 time frame. We were building a high tech
communications payload for the Air force. Loc supported me as a quality/process engineer for circuit board
fabrication and board/slice integration into black boxes. He worked hand in hand with the manufacturing
engineers resolving process problems and managing process documentation. As hardware moved into test
and qualification, Loc transitioned into a pseudo test engineer overseeing test operations and assisting in
failure investigation and resolution. At the heart of his work was his commitment to quality and execution to
requirements.
Probably the best qualities Loc exhibited were his hard work and dedication to his responsibilities and tasks.
Over my years in this business it is rare to find that dedication. He does his job, he does not complain, he asks
