All coaching sessions end with a huddle to reiterate the standards of safety, learning, and fun. The coach gathers the children to discuss what they learned, whether they had fun and their favorite part. Coaches also use this time to end on a positive note with a team cheer before dismissing children one by one to ensure they leave safely.
