Beckie arrives at Roman's house late and tells him she has left their daughter Emma with John. She informs Roman that she has feelings for John and wants to marry him. Roman is surprised by this, as he was under the impression Beckie and John had only kissed in Toronto. Beckie explains they have not been romantically involved for 6 years. Though shocked, Roman says he is happy for Beckie and John, though he admits he needs time to fully process the unexpected news.

FEW HOURS LATER. BECKIE ARRIVES IN THE HOUSE. (THERE WAS
A KNOCK ON THE DOOR) ROMAN OPENS THE DOOR.
ROMAN:
Where have you been? It is very late.
Where is Emma?
BECKIE:
I left Emma with John. I wanted to talk
with you. I have few things to tell you.
ROMAN WAS COOKING CHICKEN SOUP AND HE WAS WEARING GLOVES
ROMAN:
Ok tell me. Is everything ok?
BECKIE:
Ummmmm.. You want to sit down.
ROMAN:
No I am good just tell me what is going
on. You look very scared and worried.
BECKIE:
Do you remember when we all went to
Toronto, Canada for your science
presentation?
ROMAN:
Oh right, I forgave you?
BECKIE:
You forgave me. I don’t think you know
what I am talking about?
ROMAN:
Of course I do. You came to apologize for
eating my sandwich in Toronto. John told
me.

Roman we had a relationship 6 years ago.

but we did not wanted to freak you out
because you had your science presentation.
ROMAN:

John. (Squeaky) I’m fine.
BECKIE:

little surprised to see you guys falling
in love with each other. I mean at first
when I heard this I was like (screaming)
you know that I have time to absorb it. I
love it.
BECKIE:
You need to calm down a little.
ROMAN:
Hey Beckie you know what we should do we
all need to go for dinner. I mean you and
John and I with Jessica.
ROMAN RUNS TOWARD THE KITCHEN TO CHECK THE
OVEN AS HE WAS COOKING MEXICAN FAJITAS FOR
DINNER.
BECKIE:
Okay we will go out for dinner. But you
need to relax okay? Have a drink.
