2. Balloon Chandelier
In the Spanish room (food room) we used the balloons
to make this chandelier.
We wanted to tie balloons hanging on the ceiling
separately but the fans were on so they would pop
them. We also scattered some on the floor.

3. In the food room the tables were set up like a ‘U’ and there were already made plates
of pizza and cookies on them.
We knew that they usually set up the room like this so we did but instead of using the
right tables for dessert we filled the whole table with the plates and used the left table
for soda. We did this arrangement to use I as a buffet line where you pick up the pizza
and cookie plate then proceed to the drinks.

4. The Dance Room
This a view of the stage and some of the benches.
As you can see there are no streamers because the fans
would cut them off but we did follow our plan. It also is
dark because we were testing the black lights. We
decided to go with the design we chose and spent much
time getting them in while the practice was going on.

5. The Dance
Kids liked to hang outside the food room and eat and
talk.
We felt really good when we saw kids having fun and
they’d come over and say ‘ you guys did a great time’

6. Food Room
The beverage side of the table. The room seemed to
have cleared out.
We stopped in the food room to see what’s going on and
there were still some people but we were happy that we
had extra pizza and enough drinks and cookies.

Everyone dancing made us feel like we really solved out problem

8. More dancing… 

9. Last Dance. So sad.
Everyone is always sad when the last song comes on. It
signals the end of the dance.
The last dance made us sad because it means out project
was done but everyone kept telling us we did a really
good job and to see everyone dancing the last dance
made us happy.
