  1. The maze-work of 21st century living…21st Century Learning
  2. Libraries have always been about change…in big and small ways.
  3. 2 main concepts that inform the work of our division.
  4. 4 Departments make up the Literacy and Learning division. Each department is made up of units, programs and efforts. Our ultimate aim is to strengthen the overall customer experience most keenly through maximizing our resources and collaboration.
  5. An organization that is dedicated to learning, growth and innovation. Knowing that the landscape is changing at all times and we want to be set to move with this change, both to keep our staff engaged and keen and our community engaged and keen, too.
  6. Both identify pathways as well as help create them—that’s what we do.
  7. 3 is the magic number! 3 things to illustrate what some of this is looks like…
  8. Ebooks….they’re here. We are ready. Getting ready-er!
  9. Partnerships built around the love of the book (and good conversations).
  10. Collaboration between Children’s, Teen, Adult Programs. System-wide program. Begins June 1 and ends August 13. Goals. Bringing generations together…taking a the tried and true and making refreshing, refocusing, reenergizing.
