Litchi Mind is a cross-cultural networking organization co-founded by Menglou Li, Dieter Vanonckelen, Luo Xin, Eugene Konash, and Afroz Nissar in July 2011. It has hosted over 12 social events with over 300 business professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and artists in attendance. The events provide a platform for developing business opportunities, partnerships, brainstorming ideas, and maintaining friendships through themed social gatherings and art shows. Recent events included an avant-garde art show featuring graffiti, photography, and music from young international artists, as well as icebreaker networking mixers at venues around Chengdu.

A regular fixture on Chengdu’s social scene, Litchi Mind's Ice Breaker sails into town!!!
A casual environment for meeting new friends and connections without the thumping vibe of
nightlife club or the “stale” air of the various local chambers. We cater to a wide selection of
both local and expat guests, from all walks of life: students, businessmen, artists and whoever
else you might be, you are welcome to join!
Speedy Ice Breaker : upon arrival, participants pick a card (black or red). Attendees are divided
in 2 groups: Red & Black, each group divides into heart vs diamond, club vs spades etc.
“Opponents” take place across each other for 3-minute talks about broad topics that we bring
up (which are guaranteed to be topical and entertaining). Every 3 minutes, partners change
until all participants of both sides have met each other.
3 -minute "Ice breaker" bloom up the brainstorming!!! Over 50 people from both local and
expat guests attended, they are professionals, owners, recruiters from business, creative
industries & culture institution.
