Design/Build Providing our homeowner’s and Projects builder’s with a computer model of the existing conditions allows all members of the Design & Build team to view how the new design will interact with the existing conditions or how a custom home will blend into the an existing neighboorhood. The design team goal is to design to the homeowner needs and goal that will blend with the existing architecture of the home and the neighborhood. Developing the homeowner’s plans with our builders manages the two unknows, what the project will look like and how will it affect the financial investment range.

Here you can review messages and files uploaded to you from your design/build team, as well as upload files and send messages to your family. eFolders provide an easy-to-use communication tool utilizing my Design/Build Project's premier information sharing platform, with no software to download or install.
