Interpreting Rates & Policies 2009
Interpreting Rates: Rates are determined by language group and by the amount of
notice given. Bookings are for a 2-hour minimum within Philadelphia, 3-hour mini-
mum outside of Philadelphia.
The following hourly rates apply for up to six hours of service per day. Any
service in excess of 6 hours is billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Additional Costs: A Travel Fee is added to all bookings. Travel Fees begin at $35
within Philadelphia. Parking fees apply.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid minimum billing, notice of cancellation must be re-
ceived by Lingual Institute 36 work-day hours before the scheduled booking.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required within 30 days of service.
Ordering an Interpreter: To request the services of an Interpreter, please email or
fax the following information: language, date, time, duration, location, contact per-
son, brief description of job, case and file number. We reply to the formal request by
faxing a confirmation stating the rates that will apply.
