WHAT TO EXPECT
BRANDING DESIGN PROCESS.
1. 60 Minute Brand-Identity Meeting
This Session will be meeting in person,
call or via Zoom. We will go over details
to determine things such as your goal of
mission, target audience, services that you
offer, etc. Also, you will get to know us about
what we can do for you. Please remember
this meeting is more about you and your
business, so be open to discussing anything
you would like us to know.
2 Design Questionnaire
This questionnaire helps us to uncover your
Brand characters, color, font, concepts,
imagery, and more. This can be done via
email, meeting, or any other ways you feel
like.
3 Branding Mood Board
We will create a Digital Mood Board that
will incorporate all of the things that we
collected for your brand.  This board will
communicate the look and feel of your
brand via colors, images, and content.
4 Logo Concepts & Variations
Our team will design and present 2 – 3
logo concepts for your brand. Together we
will work to come up with the logo of your
dreams! Color and layout variation will also
be included.
6 Brand Launch Checklist
We will share a checklist to make sure you
know how to use all the elements from
the Visual Identity Package properly. Social
Media Covers, Icons for Facebook and
Twitter, and website can also be added upon
request.
5 Finalizing Brand Visual Identity
After reviewing the concepts with you, we
will determine one ideal version and work on
final detailing. Finalized visual identity files
will be emailed to you, which includes the
logo, variations, color palette, typography,
and any other design elements from
previous the discussion.
DIGITAL DESIGN PROCESS.
We take a structured approach to application design. Our development process was created to ensure every
project is delivered on time and budget. Once your web/app design project kicks off, here’s what to expect:
1- Initial Planning
The first order of business is to sit down with your
team and create a detailed set of design and
technical specifications. These specifications serve as
a roadmap for the rest of the web design process.
2- Wireframing
Wireframes are your first chance to visualize your
web/app. While they’re not nearly as detailed as the
final site will be, they give us a visual representation
of the site’s overall layout.
3- Mockups
Once all site mockups are completed and approved,
we’ll proceed with web/app mockups. These add
more detail to the initial wireframes and give us a
stronger visual representation of the final product.
5- Development
At the same time, we’ll communicate with the
developers to start the coding process.
4- Content & Graphics
Once we’ve agreed on a final design based on the
mockups, our team will proceed with design detailing,
kicking off two phases in unison. The first involves
creating your site’s copy and graphics. Our team will
get to work on competitive research and come up
with the images that will flesh out your final site/app.
6- Testing
Once our designers and your developers have
finished their work, our team will get to work testing
you the application performance and reliability. We’ll
coordinate with the developer team use various
tools to benchmark your web/site for loading,
responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it
works reliably on all browser/mobile devices.
7- Deployment & Optimization
Once we’re sure that your site is ready to be released
to the public, we’ll deploy it on your channel. Then,
we’ll shift into a monthly support process that will
continue for 12 months. During that period, we’ll
create a monthly design update and support, and
perform layout and content updates at your request.

Lara Law Offices Website Redesign
According to Standford University, 75% of people judge the credibility of a business based on the design of its website. A
perfect website redesign project plan is the key that will carry you and your clients to success.
The current website for Lara Law Offices is lack of call to action and credit of achievement. They requested to have the
following :
• Increasing case leads
• Earning new subscribers
• Reducing customer service requests
• Decreasing bounce rate or improving the average time spent on the website
We researched their competitors, re-organized the content, identified a few access points, planed a new SEO strategy,
and created a new wireframe to present. We finished under their timeline, within the budget, and the website visitor
has increased 60%.
