Both sides: $1,000,000 installed.
Lighting materials are estimated to be $400,000.
One side: $750,000 installed.
Save about $100,000 in materials, $150,000 in installation.

Power Consumption = 13kw Lighting both sides:
Energy consumption = 35,000kwh per year
(12 hours per day, 365 days per year, average 60% output).
If the rate is 05 cents per kwh, that's $1,750 per year, under $5 per night.
