- Create an impact / value to the customers
= use your money wisely to the right things
= don't waste time/money to unnecessary things

1. Use your library system for sharing of practical everyday items
2. Own a big building, rent spaces to partners (instead of the other way around)
3. Use the network of librarians in your everyday work (Nextlibrary colleagues
etc.)
4. Close the local library during a festival etc; let your librarians loose on the
streets
5. Branch libraries in the shopping mall already exist: flip the model around
6. Getting closer to customers → increase staffing per capita to be able to offer
personalised services
7. Put books in close connection to other services (e.g. in stores)
8. Provide free access to information and equipment
9. Index the private book collections of people
10.Find philantrophies/“sponsors” like Elon Musk, Richard Branson...
