M. Shannon Feaster
Shannon Feaster is President and CEO of
Liberated Marketing & Communications. A
public relations veteran and journalist with
consumer advertising, television production
and political consulting expertise, Feaster
develops and implements top-notch market-
ing, media relations and public awareness
campaigns for government agencies, national
organizations, and companies across a broad
spectrum of industries.
Feaster has led strategic communications,
public relations and marketing campaigns for
national trade associations and a high-pro-
file Member of Congress. She also served as
a guest booker and field producer at CNN’s
Washington bureau for domestic and interna-
tional news programs. She is a graduate of
Howard University and Columbia University’s
Graduate School of Journalism.
