extend Mr. Kolfin’s contract and the decision has no relation to his job performance.
Mr. Kolfin did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during his tenure

organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
During his tenure with Moog, Mr. Kolfin was responsible for managing multiple projects, balancing
