supervising Ms. Cappellano as the Lead Dispatcher for our Buildings & Grounds Alarm Center.
Ms. Cappellano is a hardworking employee that always goes above and beyond.
Ms. Cappellano handles all the alarm center calls and requests, so she is in constant
communication with our staff. She makes it a priority to address their needs and won’t stop until
the issue is resolved. She is a go-getter, putting in numerous hours after her regular shift to make
sure our projects and alarm requests are properly handled.
There has never been a time when I requested a project or work from Ms. Cappellano that she did
not deliver. I can always count on her to get the job done. She is passionate about our District and
making sure that the safety and security of our students and staff is the number one priority.
During her first years in the District, Ms. Cappellano took it upon herself to research ways to help
improve our security. Due to her dedication and perseverance, we have been able to build great
relationships with our alarm./fire life safety vendors, while saving the District thousands of dollars.
