Letter ofRecommendation -Mohammad Anwar
To Whom It May Concern:
I am delighted to recommend Mohammad Anwar for any responsible position. Anwar
interned at Joshua Stein PLLC from May 18, to August 14, 2015, during which time he was an
exemplary employee.
Anwar is bright, energetic, and an exceptionally quick learner. Our office is small but
fast-paced, and he was up to speed in well under a week. He shared a wide range of
administrative duties with my full-time assistants, including paying and recording bills,
maintaining the company calendar, comparing and managing multiple versions oflegal
documents, preparing the office for meetings, handling vendors and phone calls, and so on.
Anwar completed his assigned tasks with efficiency and ease, displaying level-headed good
sense in even the most stressful situations.
In the absence of dedicated IT staff in our office, Anwar was particularly invaluable for
his technological expertise. "Ask Anwar!" quickly became the standard response to any day-to-
day difficulty with computers, printers, scanners, or phones, and he never failed to provide an
answer. He also helped us buy and configure several new computers and supervised the
dismantling and reassembly of existing computers to accommodate new office furniture. His
technological know-how would be an asset to any office.
Anwar is always ready to go the extra mile, whether that means trekking downtown to
deliver time-sensitive documents or coming in at 7AM on a Saturday to help with a furniture
delivery. He absorbs criticism calmly and with good humor. I rarely had to give him the same
correction twice. His unfailing competence, great personality and easygoing attitude made him a
welcome addition to the office. We were sorry to lose him once he headed back to school and
would gladly hire him back if we had an opening.
Please call if you have any questions about Anwar. Thank you and best regards.
