1.  Simple, direct, formal and impersonal language used.
 Creativity in presenting relevant ideas in a coherent and organized
manner.
 Writer to be courteous. Avoid difficult and ambiguous expressions.
 End with a short sentence that anticipates the response of the
addressee.
 State the purpose clearly and concisely.
