Letter of Recommendation for Benjamin Rhodes' Character and Work Ethic
1. Letter
of
Recommendation
To
whom
it
may
concern,
My
name
is
a
Dallin
Harmon.
I
worked
as
an
assistant
to
the
President
with
Benjamin
Rhodes.
I
have
known
Benjamin
Rhodes
ever
since
we
served
a
mission
together
for
The
Church
of
Jesus
Christ
of
Latter-‐day
Saints.
Due
to
the
nature
of
my
leadership
positions
while
on
my
mission,
I
had
the
privilege
of
working
alongside
Benjamin
and
see
his
work
ethic.
In
my
opinion
one
of
the
greatest
contributors
to
successful
people
is
when
they
will
never
give
up.
Benjamin
Rhodes
has
that
characteristic.
Another
characteristic
I
aspire
to,
even
to
today,
is
how
Benjamin
can
take
very
difficult
situations
that
appear
impossible,
be
under
high
amounts
of
pressure
and
make
the
most
of
the
situation.
Moreover,
he
can
realize
all
this
while
still
maintaining
a
charisma
of
laughter
and
helping
others
to
enjoy
themselves.
Our
Mission
President
described
Benjamin
Rhodes
as
a
lamb
full
of
love
when
he
is
working
with
someone
in
a
position
of
leadership
or
management,
and
a
lion
when
he
is
correcting
someone
who
needs
firmness.
It
is
very
difficult,
in
my
opinion,
to
find
someone
as
balanced,
skilled
and
disciplined
in
one
person.
After
our
mission
together
we
both
went
our
separate
ways
and
I
eventually
landed
at
my
current
employment
as
a
sales
representative
for
a
company
called
Alarm
Protection
USA.
I
am
a
manager,
recruiter
and
an
equity
holder
in
the
company.
I
have
worked
as
a
leader
of
very
successful
sales
teams
and
helped
young
men
change
their
entire
perspective
on
life
by
teaching
them
essential
communication
skills
for
success.
I
have
known
my
fair
share
of
successful
people
while
working
in
this
job,
and
it
has
led
me
to
become
further
convinced
of
Benjamin’s
integrity,
communication
skills,
work
ethic,
his
resilience
to
difficult
challenges,
and
most
of
all,
his
persistence
to
succeed.
Furthermore,
Benjamin
Rhodes
is
very
balanced
in
his
personal
life.
God
and
family
always
come
first
for
Benjamin,
and
I
believe
that
is
one
of
his
strengths.
I
am
unaware
of
the
qualifications
for
selecting
a
candidate;
but
if
you
are
looking
for
someone
who
will
never
give
up,
an
unusual
candid
skill
with
people
and
a
resilience
combined
with
persistence
that
is
hard
to
come
by,
Benjamin
Rhodes
is
a
good
candidate.
Cordially,
Dallin
Harmon
