delivered wassomuchmore than anticipated.
Esperanzacame into herrole at a critical time inour school’s history. Thiswasby nomeansan easytask
and she stepped intothe role of leaderwithelegance andease,althoughitwas challenging. Iworked
side byside withEsperanzaandsaw hermanage the emotions of people,organize andexecute
administrativework,collaborate withmanydifferentpeoplewithdifferentopinions andpositions. She
alsoworkeddiligentlytoreorganizethe internalstructure of the organizationand createdand
implementedpolicesand procedures.
I have mentioned manythingsthatEsperanzadidbut Iam onlytouchingupon all thatshe did. She not
onlydeliveredresultsbutshe workedina chaoticatmosphere all the while beingprofessional,
diplomaticandcontinuously holdingapositiveenergyandkeepingthe visionof herworkinthe
forefrontwhichwastocreate a positive, thrivingandlovingspace foreducation.
Esperanzanot onlyhasexcellentadministrative skillsbutshe isa natural leaderandexcellent
communicator. Itis withoutanydoubtthat I can recommend Esperanzafora jobthat she chooses to
take on. She is a pillarof strengthandgoodnessthatwill supportandguide hercolleagues inany
endeavorthatshe chooses topursue. The organizationthatshe decidestoshare herenergieswith be
luckyto have her.
