The Lengow platform supports fulfillment with Amazon FBA, Cdiscount, and Manomano, allowing sellers to manage orders either themselves or via the marketplace. Specific feed settings and required attributes for each fulfillment type must be adhered to, including the 'fulfillment_center_id' for Amazon FBA products. Orders are processed by Lengow with a 'shipped' status, and different plugins are available for various eCommerce back offices to import these orders.

The Lengow platform is compatible with
- Amazon FBA
- Cdiscount Fulfillment
- ManoMano Fulfillment (France only)
It enables you to make the split between classic
orders (requiring preparation & shipment from
you, as a seller) and orders managed by the
marketplace itself (not requiring any logistical
intervention on your side).

Feed settings
Use the "fulfillment_center_id" attribute in your
Amazon feed available in the fields matching section.
Complete this attribute with the mention
“AMAZON_EU” which will indicate that the product is
"Processed by Amazon".
If you leave the "fulfillment_center_id" attribute
blank, or if you fill in with the word "DEFAULT" the
products will automatically be converted to
"Processed by the seller“, meaning by you.

Check on the attributes
Some attributes linked to security are compulsory when using FBA:
"batteries_required" / "are_batteries_included" / "supplier_declared_dg_hz_regulation"
Quantity
- If the "fulfillment_center_id" attribute is completed, then the quantity of the product must be
empty because Amazon will manage the stock.
- If some products are not in the FBA program: you can set up a rule on the attribute "fulfillment_center_id" to
empty the quantity of the concerned products only.

The orders from the FBA program are sent
to Lengow directly with the “Shipped” status.

To import these orders into your ecommerce
back-office, for Prestashop, Magento 1 & 2, Shopify,
Shopware : activate the option to import the
orders shipped by marketplaces
For WooCommerce : for now, it is not possible to
import the orders shipped by marketplaces

Lengow does not handle the products selection:
it should be done directly in the
Cdiscount backoffice

Feed settings
Before completing the required attributes, send a
ticket to the Lengow Support team, as a new feed
is needed here.
It is specific to Lengow, but at the moment 2 feeds
are required, one for the fulfillment and one for
the non-fulfillment.

accepted by the marketplace:
